individuals to tender nor is it commitment that this amount will be spent
during the next 12 months. It is a notification process required under EU
Procurement Directive 2004/18/EC. Expenditure will only occur if specific
calls for tender are advertised during 2010. In other words, this process
is a statement of potential business and contracts during the following 12
months but is not a commitment to purchase.
This scheduled start date is an indicative date only and actual
requirements will be determined throughout 2010.
