Garantia de participare: 71000 lei. Garantia de buna executie: 5% din valoarea contractului.

Declaratie de eligibilitate, declaratie privind neincadrarea in prevederile art.181 din OUG34/2006, certificat de inregistrare sau autorizatie de functionare (se vor prezenta in copie legalizata), pt IMM - declaratie pe propria raspundere.

Bilantul contabil la 31.12.2008; Cifra medie anuala de afaceri pe ultimii 3 ani de min. 14000000 lei, echivalent 3312198.35 euro (1 EUR=4.2268 ron)

Fisa inform.gen. care sa contina inclusiv contul societatii si banca la care este deschis;
Exper.simil.: cel putin 1 contract priviind furnizarea de produse similare si prestarea de servicii, din ultimii 3 ani, in valoare de min.4000000 lei;
Min. 2 recomandari din partea altor beneficiari priviind furnizarea de produse similare si prestarea de servicii;
Certificate ISO 9001:2001, 27001, 14001:2004 -sau echivalent sau in curs de certificare;
Declaratie care contine informatii privind numarul mediu în ultimii 3 ani al personalului angajat, asigurarea cu personal de specialitate, numarul si pregatirea cadrelor de conducere, precum si persoanele responsabile direct de îndeplinirea contractului.Personalul implicat trebuie sa fie specializat si autorizat in prestarea de servicii in acest domeniu;
Ofertantul trebuie sa faca dovada ca are personal certificat de producator pentru urmatoarele tehnologii:
-Servere HP9000 (se vor prezenta diplome pentru personal calificat : minim o certificare);
-Storage HP EVA (se vor prezenta diplome pentru personal calificat: minim 3 certificari);
-Sistem de operare HP-UX (minim o certificare );
-Tehnologii de cluster Mission Critical Service: (minim o certificare );
-Certificare networking (minim 2 certificari);
-O certificare DBA: Oracle Certified Proffesional (OCP).
Ofertantatul trebuie sa faca dovada ca are personal certificat de institutii autorizate cu calificarea:
-Certificat ITIL Foundamentals (minim o certificare);
-Certificare Project Manager Professional (PMP) sau echivalent
-Certificare pentru suita de virtualizare ofertata (minim o certificare);
-Cunoasterea limbii romane este obligatorie, cel putin pentru managerul de proiect. Se va prezenta, in acest sens, o declaratie pe propie raspundere;
Autorizare din partea producatorului pentru comercializarea produselor si prestarea serviciilor de suport standard solicitate, pentru urmatoarele produse:
a.Echipamente hardware corespunzatoare anexei 5.5 din caietul de sarcini articolele 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10;
b.Produseelor software corespunzatoare anexei 5.4 din caietul de sarcini articolul 1.
