Individual supply contract forecast
1. Publication reference: EuropeAid/129432/D/SUP/LB.

Financing agreement: ENPI/2007/18-881.
5. Contracting authority: Project Administration Office — Presidency of
the Council of Ministers, Beirut, LEBANON.
6. Contract description: The e-payment will allow tax/fee payers to make
electronic payments to the government without going to a bank or
government cashiers by logging into electronic banking services via PCs,
mobile phones, and other means. They will be able to pay from virtually
anywhere and at any time of the day or night, and even on bank holidays
when the banks are closed.
7. Indicative number and titles of lots: Lot 1: e-payment hardware and
gateway development.
8. Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice: February
2010.
