The Government of Ukraine has receivedfinancing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Rural Land Titling and Cadastre Development Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for land management and cartographic work field quality control in Ivano-Frankivs'ka, Ternopil's'ka,Chernivets'ka, Sums'ka, Poltavs'ka, Vinnyts'ka and Odes'ka oblasts of Ukraine, # DKZ-D1-ICB.9.147/3. The State Committee ofUkraine for Land Resources now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders to perform theworks required for the land management and cartographic work field quality control in Ivano-Frankivs'ka, Ternopil's'ka,Chernivets'ka, Sums'ka, Poltavs'ka, Vinnyts'ka and Odes'ka oblasts (contracts within lots)by 3lots:

lot 1 # Ivano-Frankivs'ka, Ternopil's'ka and Chernivets'kaoblasts,

lot 2 # Sums'kaand Poltavs'ka oblasts,

lot 3 # Vinnyts'ka and Odes'ka oblasts.

Bidding will be conducted through theinternational competitive bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurementunder IBRD Loans and IDACredits, published by the World Bank May 2004, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines.

Interested eligible bidders may obtainfurther information from and inspect the bidding documents from the State Committee of Ukraine for Land Resources Project Implementation Unit at the address below during office hours10:00 to 17:00 local time. Acomplete set of bidding documents in English or Ukrainian may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a writtenapplication to the address below and upon payment ofa nonrefundable fee of UAH 400 (four hundred) or USD 50 (fifty). The bidding documents may be collected atthe office of Project Implementation Unit at the address below upon submitting bidder's authorization in written inquiry submittedby the bidder together with the copyof the payment order by fax or mail.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 15:00 on February 25,2010. All bids must be accompanied by security of respective amount for USD 2 000 (two thousand) US Dollars or an equivalent amount in the currency of the Bid at the NBUexchange rate on the date 7 (seven) days before the bid submission date for each lot.  Late bids will be rejected.  Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at theaddress below at 15:15 on February 25, 2010.
