Change AL Fence at Goodfield

Item 1: At approximate Levee Station 105+90, Left 30 to 110 feet, add approximately 76 LF of galvanized 2 oz., 9 gauge, six foot high fence with three strands of barbed wire.

Item 2: At a location along the above new fence, to be coordinated with a representative of the Contracting Office, install a 12 swing gate.

Change AK Delete Slide Gate

At approximate Nay Aug Avenue Station 2+90, Right 40 feet, delete replacement of existing gate with a new 18 Double Swing Gate. Instead, leave the existing gate as found at contract award.

Provide all of the plant, labor, equipment and material needed to perform the following work:

AN- Install rebar to provide extra support for utility sleeves and placement of concrete in the downstream floodwall at the Green Ridge Street Bridge.

AO- Remove existing concrete slab hanging from by rebar on the upstream side of the Green Ridge Street Bridge.

AP- Item 1: Excavate earth and then place a minimum 10 foot bench from station 111+80 to 116+77. Seed and topsoil the bench and levee slope to levee crest. Place 12 inch riprap from the bench to river with standard dug toe.
Item 2: Remove ash material from embankment and replace it with random earth back fill between Stations 115+02 to 116+69.

AQ- Between Levee Stations 139+40 and 140+14, provide standard bedding and rip rap with dug toe in accordance with attached Sketches AQ-01 to AQ-08, dated revised January 25, 2010. The rip rap shall be 12 inches from approximate Levee Station 139+40 to approximate Levee Station 140+14. The rip rap shall be 18 from approximate Levee Station 140+14 to approximate Levee Station 140+40. The extent of the rip rap will begin at the dug toe and continue to the top of levee throughout this stretch as shown in the attached Sketches AQ-01 to AQ-08, dated revised January 25, 2010. The location of the dug toe shall be coordinated in the field with representative of the Contracting Officer.
