The Department of Veterans Affairs Network 22 Logistics Office, Long Beach CA intends on soliciting a firm-fixed price commercial item contract in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15 for community based outpatient clinic (CBOC) services in the Lancaster/Antelope Valley California area. The prospective contractor shall provide primary care, lab, radiology, and telemental health services at their facility. The contractor will furnish health care providers, medical facilities, medical equipment and all administrative functions to fulfill the level of care and range of services specified in the solicitation. The contract be for a base period (one year from date of award), with four (4) one-year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. Solicitation will be available for download on or about Dec 29, 2009. Offerors are encouraged to pay specific attention to dates for pre-proposal conference and instructions on submission of offer as specified in the solicitation.
