MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office, Tacoma, Washington, intends to award a contract to Cook Medical in the amount of $28,000.00 for implant products in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1. The surgeon has determined that these products will best meet the patient's specific medical needs/requirements. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE FDA APPROVED and meet the surgeon's and the patient's specific medical needs/requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to future requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, information received within forty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a future competitive procurement.
