THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO Northcon, Inc of Hayden, ID as a sole source 8(a) construction contract under the authority of FAR Part 9.8, and DFARS 219.800, the Partnership Agreement between the Small Business Administration and the Department of Defense. This project is for a construction contract for the Mold Remediation Building 410. The required work to be remediated is approximately 1,400 SF of buildings Central Mechanical Room. The magnitude of the project is anticipated to be between $0 and $100,000.00, under NAICS 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors ($14,000,000.00). The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price construction contract.
