Kjelsås school - New building renovation.
II.2) TYPE OF CONTRACT AND LOCATION OF WORKS: Main site or location of
works: Asbjørnsens vei 3, 0494 Oslo, NORWAY.
II.4) SHORT DESCRIPTION OF NATURE AND SCOPE OF WORKS: Oslo municipality
c/o undervisningsbygg Oslo KF, invite companies to a tender competition
for the total renovation/new building of Kjelsås school. Historical
building elements and new solutions shall be harmonized and give an
overall modern learning arena. Gross area: 12 308 m2. Number of pupils:
790.
The construction phase is planned to be carried out as a partnership model
based on the general regulations for a turnkey contract in accordance with
NS3431, with additions of contract mechanisms which shall promote openness
and co-operation.
