RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): W91151-10-C-0021 Repair Underground Water Line at Bldg 7021, Fort Hood, TX

THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO Rio Vista Management of West Jordan, UT as a sole source 8(a) construction contract under the authority of FAR Part 9.8, and DFARS 219.800, the Partnership Agreement between the Small Business Administration and the Department of Defense. This project is for a construction contract for the Repair Underground Water Line outside of Building 7021. The required work includes Contractor shall repair leak in underground water line. Contractor shall excavate between the PIV and building to determine the location of the leak and inspect the overall condition of the line. Once complete the contractor shall reset the fire protection system. The magnitude of the project is anticipated to be between $0 and $100,000.00, under NAICS 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors ($14,000,000.00). The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price construction contract.
