INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The Provincial Government of Isabela, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites duly licensed Security Agencies to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project;

Name of Project: Supply of Security Services
For deployment to various hospitals and offices in the province of Isabela.
Approved Budget Contract: P 3,870.000.00
All particulars relative to eligibility statement and screening, bid security, performance security, pre-bidding conference, evaluation of bids, post-qualification and award of contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR)
BIDDING ACTIVITIES:
ACTIVITIES SCHEDULE
1. Issuance of Bid Documents December 16-17, 2009 at the BAC Secretariat Office, Capitol, Alibagu, Ilagan, Isabela
2. Pre-Bid Conference December 18, 2009, 10:00 am at the Governor's Office Mini-Conference Hall, Capitol, Alibagu, Ilagan, Isabela
3. Submission & Opening of Bids January 6. 2010, 10:00 a.m. at the Governor's Office Mini Conference Hall, Capitol, Alibagu, Ilagan,. Isabela
Bid documents will be available only to eligible bidders upon payment of a non-refundable amount of P3,800.00 to the Provincial Treasurer's Office.

The Provincial Government of Isabela reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts thereof, to waive defect or any formality therein and to accept bids evaluated to be the most advantageous to the government. Furthermore, the Provincial Government of Isabela is not obliged to compensate/indemnify expenses or losses that may be incurred in the preparation of bids nor does it guarantee that an award or contract will be made.
