INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID


The Provincial Government of Isabela, through its Bids and Awards Committee, is inviting interested distributors, wholesalers and/or suppliers to apply for eligibility and to participate in the sealed competitive bidding for the Design and Installation of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) project for the installation and Implementation of e-GAPS (Electronic Government Application Systems) for the Provincial Assessor's Office of Isabela.

All particulars relative to the eligibility, bid evaluation, and award of contract shall be governed by
the provisions of RA 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).


SCHEDULE OF BIDDING ACTIVITIES:
Availability of Bid Documents December 17-21, 2009 8 AM to 5 PM at the BAC Secretariat's Office, Capitol, Ilagan, Isabela.

Pre-Bid Conference December 22, 2009, at 10 AM, Governor's Mini-
Conference Hall, Capitol, Ilagan, Isabela

Deadline of Submission of Eligibility January 11, 2010 at 10:00 AM, BAC Secretariat's
Requirements and Bids Office, Capitol, Ilagan, Isabela

Opening of Bids January 11, 2010 at 10:30 AM, Governor's
Mini-Conference Hall, Capitol, Ilagan, Isabela

Bidding Fee P3,600.00

Complete set of bid proposals/forms may be acquired from the BAC Secretariat's Office, Capitol Ilagan, Isabela upon payment of non-refundable bidding fee stated above at the Provincial Treasurer's Office.
The Provincial Government of Isabela reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any required formality and award the contract to the bidder whose proposal has been evaluated by the BAC as the most advantageous to the Provincial Government and the right to confiscate the bid bond and/or pursue appropriate legal action should the winning bidder refuse to accept the award.

Further, the Provincial Government assumes no obligations whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the bidder for any expense or loss that they may incur in this undertaking nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.
