II.4) SHORT DESCRIPTION OF NATURE AND SCOPE OF WORKS: Design and build of
a new training and events building with pitch store below, car parking
area, new access and access road, 2no. toilet blocks and servery, VIP
suites in existing main stand, new grandstand and seating over existing
terrace, replacement floodlights, new turnstiles and new wind turbine. All
works may have phased implementation.
