The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 22 Logistics Office is seeking Contractors interested in providing gurney van transportation services for veteran beneficiaries of VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS) under a firm fixed-price contract (Commercial Item FAR Part 12). The Contractor shall be required to furnish all necessary and appropriate labor, supervision, materials, vehicles, equipment, and supplies to provide wheelchair van and hired car transportation services in accordance with the terms and conditions, specifications and requirements of the resulting contract. The solicitation will be available on or about December 17, 2009. Solicitation, amendments and other miscellaneous documents will be posted on FedBizOpps (http://www.fbo.gov). Each contractor shall be responsible for reviewing this website for amendments, updates, or changes to current information. Contractors are advised that electronic proposals will not be accepted.
