Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Demolition Services at Various Locations, Oahu, Hawaii. The work includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to accomplish demolition work of various types of buildings, facilities, and structures; proper disposal of demolition debris; and sampling and analysis of material for possible hazards and proper disposal. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238910 and the annual size standard is $14,000,000. The contract will be a service contract and the Service Contract Act will apply. Per FAR clause 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting, "At least 50 percent of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expended for employees of the concern." The Government intends to award contracts to more than one contractor. The Government will give fair consideration to all awardees in placing orders based on criteria stated in the solicitation. The contract term will be a base period of one year plus four option years. Only the base period of the contract will offer a minimum guarantee. IDIQ work may be issued via the DOD EMALL, a web-based ordering system, using Government purchase cards. This is a new procurement. It does not replace an existing contract. No information exists on prior contracts. Offerors can view and/or download the solicitation at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ when it becomes available. All interested offerors shall register at the website. No notice of solicitation activity will be provided to interested offerors. The solicitation utilizes source selection procedures which require offerors to submit a technical proposal, past performance and experience information, and a price proposal for evaluation by the Government. Proposal receipt date is approximate.
