Council has an overarching vision to make Essex the best place to live in
the country.
To accomplish this we recognised the need for a transformation and
delivery partner to provide significant additional support in skills,
capacity and capability for us to achieve radical innovation, excellence
in service delivery to our customers and a reduction in our ongoing cost
base.
We are looking to deliver this excellence across the full range of council
services,
Therefore the chosen partner brings a breadth of experience, thought
leadership.
And leading practices, tools and techniques across the council landscape.
Allied to these strategic transformation skills, the partner will have the
capability to effectively deliver services across the span of council
services, to achieve clear benefits in terms of customer satisfaction and
outcomes, service performance improvement, efficiency and cost reduction.
It is our intention that following contract award the partner will have
the potential.
To provide any or all of the council’s services, provided that a robust
business.
Case, benchmarking and best value test is passed. These services will
include but are not limited to corporate and back office functions,
environmental services, social care and school related services.
