2. certificate sau alte documente emise de organisme abilitate în acest sens, care sa ateste conformitatea produselor, identificate clar prin referire la specificatii sau standarde relevante; pentru loturile 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 si 12.
Ofertantii - persoane juridice române - trebuie sa îndeplineasca cerintele OMT 290/2000, adica furnizorul de produse solicitate în Caietul de Sarcini sa aiba Autorizatie de Furnizor Feroviar si Certificat de Omologare Tehnica/Agrement Tehnic, dupa caz, eliberat de AFER, în conformitate cu solicitarile din Caietul de sarcini, in termen de valabilitate.
Ofertantii - persoane juridice straine - certificate sau alte documente emise de organisme abilitate în acest sens, care sa ateste conformitatea produselor, identificate clar prin referire la specificatii sau standarde relevante si Agrement Tehnic eliberat de AFER, în conformitate cu cerintele din caietul de sarcini si cerintele OMT 290/2000, in termen de valabilitate.
