***********************************************************************

This is Modification #1

Please see questions and answers below:

1. Does the department desire the device to cycle a blank cartridge?

This is not a requirement.

2. Would the department prefer to have the device discharge a laser pulse for targeting?

This is not a requirement.

3. Would anodized aluminum be acceptable, or does the entire device need to be synthetic?

We are not specifying composition (e.g., metal or synthetic) - the proposed solution is up to the manufacturer, within the "specs" we have provided.

End of Modification #1
