Pentru lotul 1- generator cu poli gheara, lot 5 - releu minima tensiune RMT 44.01 si lot 6 - releu minima tensiune RMT 44.02 - procedura se anuleaza in temeiul art. 209, alin. 1, lit. c) din OUG 34/2006 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, deoarece nu a fost depusa nicio oferta iar pentru lotul 2 - invertor pentru lampi fluorescente - procedura se anuleaza in temeiul art. 209, alin. 1, lit. b) din OUG 34/2006 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, deoarece au fost depuse numai oferte inacceptabile si/sau neconforme.
