RECOVERY � This notice is for information purposes only as required by FAR subpart 5.7 �Publicizing Requirement under the American Recovery and Reinvestment of Act 2009�. All items being procured under this solicitation are being funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). It is the intent of the Forest Service to use existing GSA contracts under SIN 192 37I and 192 37B to procure Picnic Tables and Fire Rings for recreational areas on the Rio Grande National Forest. This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the Multiple Award Schedule Program (FAR 8.401). Only vendors currently holding a GSA contract under FSC 78, SIN 192 37I or 192 37B are eligible to compete for this requirement through GSA�s E-buy. The Forest Service will enter into negotiations with firms under the existing contracts to reach a best value determination for award. The Rio Grande National Forest intends to procure 343 Picnic Tables and 392 Fire Rings to be placed at various recreational areas on the Saguache and Divide Ranger Districts, and the River Springs Guard Station located within the state of Colorado
