The 11th Contracting Squadron is seeking sources to rent a Christmas tree that shall be between 18 - 19 feet tall and 90 - 96 inches in diameter. This is not a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued for informational and planning purposes only. It is not to be misconstrued as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any action be made as a result of this RFI. Bolling AFB will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this RFI. Only written responses will be considered. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this market research, Bolling AFB may determine that a solicitation will be issued. All documents submitted will not be returned. The documents will be used to determine which vendors have an interest in the proposed Staging Requirement. If your company is interested, you must submit clear and convincing documentation demonstrating the capabilities to satisfy the requirement described above to A1C Andrew Sawyer via email at Andrew.Sawyer@afncr.af.mil, call at (202) 404-7771 or fax to, (202) 767-7887.
