SPAWARSYSCEN ATLANTIC intends to award a sole-source contract toEnviromental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI), 8615 Westwood Ctr Dr.,Vienna, VA 22182-2218, for the purchase of a ArcGIS Data Appliance (ADA). A Firm-Fixed Price Type contract is anticipated. The total estimated value is$172,000.00. The FSC CODE is 70. The NAICS Code is 443120. This noticeis not a request for competitive proposals. Comments regarding thisprocurement shall be submitted electronically to the Contracts Specialist,Shannon Britty, Code 22540SB, SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic, email address:shannon.britt@navy.mil not later than 27 November 2009.
