Declaratie privind eligibilitatea completata în conformitate cu Formularul A din Sectiunea Formulare - în original;
2. Declaratie privind neîncadrarea în situatiile prevazute la art. 181 completata în conformitate cu Formularul B din Sectiunea Formulare. - în original;
3. Certificat de atestare fiscala privind achitarea obligatiilor exigibile catre bugetul de stat si catre bugetele asigurarilor sociale de stat (sanatate, pensii, somaj), eliberat de Directia Generala a Finantelor Publice si Controlul Finantelor de Stat - în copie legalizata.
4. Certificat privind plata taxelor si impozitelor locale - eliberat de Primaria locala - în copie legalizata.
5. Certificat constatator, în copie nelegalizata, emis, cu cel mult 30 de zile înainte de data deschiderii ofertelor, de Oficiul Registrului Comertului de pe lânga Tribunalul teritorial

Lucrarile se confirma prin prezentarea de recomandari din partea autoritatii ori a clientului privat beneficiar.
b)declaratie pe propria raspundere referitoare la efectivele medii anuale ale personalului angajat si al cadrelor de conducere în ultimii 3 ani - în original;
d)declaratie pe propria raspundere privind proportia în care contractul de lucrari urmeaza sa fie îndeplinit de catre subcontractanti si specializarea acestora - în original;
e)declaratie pe propria raspundere privind respectarea conditiilor de munca si protectia muncii- în original;
f)Atestat de tip C2A emis de ANRE sau echivalent, emis de organismul de reglementare în domeniul energiei din tara de rezidenta valabil pe toata durata de executie a lucrarii -in copie nelegalizata
g) Declaratie pe proprie raspundere privind respectarea protectiei mediului- in original
h) Ofertantul va prezenta o copie a certificarii sistemului de management al calitatii conform SR EN ISO 9001/2001 sau SR EN ISO 9001/2008
