ANNOUNCES AN OPEN TENDER concerning
purchase of medical preparations and dressing materials


Tender shall consist of 3 (three) lots.

Lot-1.Purchase of psychotropic medicinal preparations, medical prophylactic serum, vaccines, reagents and fluorographic materials.
Lot-2.Purchase of dressing materials , medical devices and general medical preparations.
Lot-3.Purchase of medical preparations against diabetes with and without sugar.

Provision with medical preparations and dressing materials is 1 year.
Those who wish to participate at the tender may get the set of the main terms of the tender at the address- Beylagan region, 21, S.Gaziyev, Str., after transferring participation fee in amount of 0.1 % of the total amount to the mentioned account.

Applicants must submit the following documents to participate at the tender till 17:00, December 18, 2009:
- A written request to participate in the tender;
- Bank document on payment of fee to participate in the tender;
- Bank certificate on bidder’s financial state for last 1 (one) year;
- Bidder’s full name, juridical status, country of registration and requisites;
- Information about potential possibilities for fulfilling the works;
- Tender proposal (must be valid at least 30 banking days from the date of opening of the envelope);
- A bank guarantee in amount of 2 % (guarantee proposals) of the tender proposal value (must be valid at least 60 banking days from the date of opening of the envelope);
Documents must be compiled in Azerbaijan language, in 2 copies (original and copy) (documents in foreign language must be translated into Azerbaijan language).
Tender procedure will be held according to the law of Azerbaijan Republic on “State Procurement”.
Bidders must submit tender proposal and bank guarantee till 17:00, December 28, 2009 in sealed double envelopes to the Beylagan RCH. (Address: 21, S.Gaziyev, Str.)
The envelopes submitted after the deadline will be returned unopened.
Proposal envelopes will be unsealed on 11:00, December 29, 2009 at the above mentioned address.
Authorized representatives of the bidders can take part at the tender procedure
