ANNOUNCES AN OPEN TENDER concerning
purchase of foodstuffs


Tender shall consist of 2 (two) lots:

Tender participants are proposed to submit their tender proposals in written form in a double-sealed envelope, authorized by signature and stamp.
The participants must take into account all the tax and duties, delivery expenditures to the place of destination.
Tender participants must possess necessary high-qualified staff potential, technical and financial possibilities for fulfilling the contract.

Those who wish to participate at the tender may get the collection of basic conditions compiled in Azerbaijan language at the above mentioned address, after paying participation fee transferred to the mentioned account.

The participation fee is not refundable in any cases.
In assessing the tender proposals preference will be given to the following criteria: low price, high quality, the contract on time, the financial situation of the applicant, the experience in analogical field.
Applicants must submit the following documents to participate at the tender till 17:00, December10, 2009:
- Bank document on payment of fee to participate at the tender;
- Bank certificate on bidder’s financial state for last 1 (one) year;
- Bidder’s juridical status, country of registration and requisites;
- Information about potential possibilities for fulfilling the works;
- Tender proposal (must be valid at least 30 banking days from the date of opening of the envelope);
- A bank guarantee in amount of 1% (guarantee proposals) of the tender proposal value (must be valid at least 60 banking days from the date of opening of the envelope);
- The tender proposal of the participants who do not submit the bank guarantee in an envelope with the tender proposal, will be considered invalid and will not be estimated;
- Information from the relevant tax authorities to pay taxes and other debts, and no overdue debts in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The documents must be compiled in Azerbaijan language, in 2 copies (original and copy).
Bidders must submit tender proposal and bank guarantee till 17:00, December 21, 2009 in sealed double envelopes to the Tender Commission at Republic Boarding school typed classical gymnasium named after A.S.Makarenko at the next address: Azizbayov District, “Shimal” DRES settlement.
The envelopes submitted after the deadline will be returned unopened.
Proposal envelopes will be unsealed at 11:00 pm, December 22, 2009 at the above mentioned address.
Authorized representatives of the bidders can take part in the tender procedure.
