ANNOUNCES AN OPEN TENDER concerning
purchase of foodstuffs for the requirements of the year 2010


Tender shall consist of 5 (five) Lots:
Lot-1. Bread products
Lot-2.Foodstuffs
Lot-3.Meat and meat products
Lot-4.Agricultural products
Lot-5.Potable water

The bidders are requested to submit their tender proposals in written form, signed and sealed in double envelope.
The bidders must have necessary financial and technical capabilities to implement the contract.
Those who wish to participate at the tender may get the collection of the main conditions compiled in Azerbaijani at the next address: Baku, Azizbayov district, Shaghan settlement, after transferring a participation fee on each Lot in the following amount to the shown account.
Lot 1 -100 manats

Participation fee is not refundable.
The bidders must submit the following documents to participate at the tender:
- Application for participating at the tender:
- Bank document confirming the payment of the participation fee;
- Tender proposal (must he valid at least 30 hank days after the envelopes are opened);
- Bank guarantee of the tender proposal in the amount of 2 percents (must he valid at least 60 hank days after the envelopes are opened);
- Certificate of the lax agencies confirming that the bidder has not any unfulfilled tax obligation to the tax agencies in Azerbaijan Republic; copy of the financial account (luring the last one year confirmed by the tax agencies;
- Bank certificate about financial position of the bidder during the last one year;
- Full inline, juridical status, statues, country of incorporation and properties of the participant.

The documents must be prepared in Azerbaijan language, in 2 copies (original and copy) (tender proposals in foreign language must be translated
into Azerbaijan language).
Tender procedure is held according to the Law of Azerbaijan Republic on "Public Procurements".
The bidders must submit the above-mentioned documents (except the tender proposal and bank guarantee) till 17:00, December 12, 2009 and tender proposal and bank guarantee in a sealed double envelope till 17:00, December 22, 2009.
The envelopes submitted later than the mentioned date will be returned without being opened
The proposal envelopes will be opened at 12 00, December 23, 2009 at the above-mentioned address.
The Bidders authorized representatives can participate in the opening procedure of the tender envelopes.
