Request for Proposal for the Supply and Delivery of Lab Products for PEI healthcare facilities.

Request for Proposal (tender) for the supply and delivery of Laboratory Products for the healthcare facilities in Prince Edward Island for the contract period March 1, 2010 to February 28, 2014. Examples of products included in this tender are microslides, vacutainer tubes, specimen containers, etc...

All tenders must be received at the Health Association of PEI by Thursday, December 10, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. in a sealed envelope clearly marked “2010 Laboratory Products Tender". Late tenders will not be accepted. Tender responses WILL NOT be accepted by facsimile.

In order to respond to this tender request, vendors mush have a Sales Representative that services Prince Edward Island. Vendors/Sales Representatives must also have visited and introduced their product line to healthcare facilities (i.e hospitals) in PEI.

All tender submissions must include the completed Excel spreadsheet on a CD or diskette as well as a printed paper copy.
