Nature of Requirements:
COMPOST WASTE REMOVAL/DISPOSAL, CFB HALIFAX, NS

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of
the Department of National Defence has a requirement for a
service contract for collection and disposal of organic waste
(compost) generated from Candian Forces Base (CFB), Halifax,
Nova Scotia.

Period of this Services contract will be one (1) initial year
plus two option years, if required.

INQUIRIES: All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions
of a contractural nature are to be submitted to the Contracting
Authority: Rheal Gallant, telephone (902) 496-5636, facsimile:
(902) 496-5016 e-mail: rheal.gallant@pwgsc.gc.ca. Inquiries are
to be made in writing and should be received no less than five
(5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient
time to respond.

This PWGSC Office provides procurement services in English

This requirement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade
(AIT) and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
