INVITATION TO TENDER

Tenders are invited and will be received up to 3:00 p.m. Newfoundland Daylight Savings Time, Tuesday, December 8th, 2009 with the opening to follow immediately after.

SPECIFICATIONS AND BID FORM MUST BE OBTAINED FROM A SERVICE PROVIDER.
