II.1) DESCRIPTION

II.1.3) The notice involves: A public contract.
II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Statsbygg would
like tenders for media consultancy services and media arrangements,
services connected to the design of profiling articles (objects used for
profiling).
A contract with a media consultant is wanted in order to take care of the
need for professional consultancy services as regards advertisements,
arrangements and quality assurance, as well to ensure correct use of
Statsbygg's visual profile in various connections.

III.2) CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
III.2.1) Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements
relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers: Information and
formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met:
Qualification requirements.
Organisational position: Legally established company.
Documentation - Company registration certificate.
Tax certificates.
Two tax certificates shall be enclosed:
Tax certificate (tax, deductions, garnishments, employer's contribution).
VAT certificate.
The tax and VAT certificates can be ordered from the same place. Tenderers
can either apply to their local tax collection office or to the tax
office.
The certificates shall not be older than 6 months calculated from the
deadline for receipt of tenders.
Tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries than Norway shall
enclose equivalent certificates in accordance with the procurement
regulations § 20-12 (3).
HES self-declaration.
All tenderers shall provide a HES self-declaration by the deadline for
receipt of tenders. The self-declaration shall be in accordance with the
annex in the tender invitation.
