Note: Payment of a Non Refundable Fee of Rs. 500/= per item.
The applicants are required to submit the documents separately for each category of material and services along with a deposit of Rs. 5000/= for each category of material & Rs. 2000/= for each category of services in cash or\Bank Draft.

Applications are invited from manufacturers, Distributors, Agents, Suppliers and Contractors who wish to register themselves for the supply of items and provision of services to the Northern Province of Ceylon Electricity Board, Jaffna for the year 2010.
Conditions:
complete set of documents for Registration of Suppliers (applications) could be obtained from Office of the Deputy-General Manager (North), Ceylon Electricity Board, No. 500, K.K.S. Road, Jaffna, on working day from 20th November 2009 to .15th December 2009 on payment of a non refundable fee of Rs. 500/= per item in cash or Bank Draft in favour of the General Manager, Ceylon Electricity Board, for each item category as mentioned above.
The document shall be duly completed and returned to the Deputy General Manager (North) Ceylon Electricity Board; on or before 15th December 2009 at 10.00 hrs.
The applicants are required to submit the documents separately for each category of material and services along with a deposit of Rs. 5000/= for each category of material & Rs. 2000/= for each category of services in cash or\Bank Draft drawn in favour of the General Manager, Ceylon Electricity Board, being the refundable security deposit for each item under categories (A) and (B) above.
The Applications received after the scheduled time 15th December 2009 at 10.00 hrs will not be entertained and will be returned unopened.
Terms and conditions for registration of suppliers will be provided along with the applications.
