1. Sealed tenders are invited from GST registered reputed firms for the supply of best quality of sports items to be used in Pakistan Sports Board. Tender documents can be obtained from Training Section during office hours through pay order of Rs.1000/-.
2. The sealed tenders should accompany a Bank Draft/Pay Order equal to 2% of the bid money in the name of Pakistan Sports Board. The Draft/Pay Order of the successful bidder will be retained as security. The tenders should reach the undersigned by 29th November 2009 at 1200 hours, which will be opened on the same day at 1230 hours in the presence of Purchase Committee.
3. The price quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and must remain valid for 60 days from the date of opening the tender. The successful bidder will have to supply the equipment within 15 days of the supply order.
4. Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders.
