Note: Any Bidder submitting a bid, shall pay a refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000 and a non refundable document fee of Rs. 250.00 to the Cashier.

The Chairman, Refinery Procurement Committee, Ceylon Petroleum Corporation, Refinery Division, Sapugaskanda, Kelaniya, Sri Lanka will receive sealed bids from cloth manufacturers or their authorized agents for the Supply of 10,250 metres of Trouser Materials & 9,200 metres of Shirt Materials.
Any Bidder submitting a bid, shall pay a refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000 and a non refundable document fee of Rs. 250.00 to the Cashier, CPC Head Office, No. 109, Rotunda Tower, Galls Road, Colombo 03 before 1500 hours on any working day up to 04 December 2009.
Bidding Document, which comprises the conditions of the Tender and the specifications is available on website www.ceypetco.gov.lk.
Alternatively, Bidding documents could also be obtained from the under mentioned.
Bids will be received by the Chairman, Departmental Standing Procurement Committee until 1400 hours on 09 December 2009 and will be opened thereafter at 1500 hours, on the same day at the Refinery Conference Room.
