Sealed tenders are invited for the purchase of Lab Equipment, Computer Systems and Printers of all types for the Department of Electrical Engineering Labs, IT Section and Business Administration departments from reputed firms registered with sales tax and income tax offices, to quote the prices.
Tender Documents are available from office of the Admin (General) on payment of Rs. 500/- each (non refundable) from 13-11 -2009 to 07-12-2009.
An amount of (Rs. 2.5% refundable) of the tender cost in the form of pay order bank draft in favor of FUUAST Islamabad should be enclosed with the tenders as earnest money (refundable).
Sealed quotation should be submitted by 8th of December 2009 up to 10:00 am. The tenders / bids will be opened on the same date at 11:00 am in the Presence of the bidder or their authorized representatives, which is compulsory.
The University reserves the right to reject any or all at the quotations as per Public Procurement & Regularity Authority rules.
