Note: Rent or Lease Houses :- Houses close to the Uva Wellassa University or close to Badulla town for use as hostels for students and quarters for staff of Uva Wellassa University.

Uva Wellassa University is inviting house owners to submit quotations to Rent or Lease their Houses as follows.
1) Houses close to the Uva Wellassa University or close to Badulla town for use as hostels for students and quarters for staff of Uva Wellassa University.
2) Houses in or around Colombo to use as co-coordinating office of Uva Wellassa University, an extent exceeding 2000 square feet.
The house owners who wish to rent or lease houses to Uva Wellassa University should forward their application with the details of ownership, floor area of house, number of rooms, monthly rental/lease, telephone no, address and other available facilities before 2.00 p.m. on 09.12.2009 to the following address, by registered post or to be deposited in the tender box maintained at the office. "Rent/Lease House" should be marked on left upper corner of the envelope.
Existing Rent/Lease agreements to be terminated within the next three months should also resubmit their applications.
