The Chairman MPG (Major) on behalf of the Coconut Cultivation Board Invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply of the following Fertilizer.
Bidding will be conducted through NCB method.
Interested eligible bidders could obtain further information from Deputy General Manager (Seeds & Plant Input), Coconut Cultivation Board, 9/428, Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mawatha, from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. during weekdays.
A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language could be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application along with the Registration certificate issued by the Fertilizer Secretariat at the address given below upon Payment of a non refundable fee of Rs. 1000/= Application will be issued until 08.12.2009.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 09.12.2009 up to 2.00 p.m. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened at 2.00 p.m. on 09.12,2009 at the following address in the presence, of the Bidders' or their authorized representatives. All bids must be accompanied by Bid security of Rs. 720,000/ = from the reputed commercial bank.
