National Highway Authority (NHA), Ministry of Communications, (Government of Pakistan is seeking Services of a Quantity Surveying and Estimation Specialist Team for a period of two years (Comprising quantity and estimation specialist and supporting staff) for strengthening and supporting the; NHA Design Cell.
The candidate-should have minimum educational qualification of B.Sc. Engineering (Civil) with relevant experience of ten (10) years in Quantity Surveying/Estimation and Item Rate Analyses for Road works* Bridges,' Buildings and Toll Plazas etc. The candidate must have full command on latest and relevant software’s.
Interested candidates should submit their applications comprising d detailed CVs along with supporting testimonial & employment records as per^ Terms of Reference (TOR) available on NHA official website i.e- www.nha.gov.pk. Applications completed in all respect should reach the office of undersigned on or before 3™ December, 2009 at the address mentioned ': herein below.
NHA invites sealed proposals (Technical and Financial) in separate envelops. The Financial Proposals of short listed consultants will be opened for., further evaluation and negotiations.
