Note: Purchase of Computers and Computer Accessories for Samurdhi Banks Associations of Badulla District Secretariat / District Secretariat Office.
Tender Forms can be obtained on submission of the receipt obtained for payment of non-refundable fee of Rs. 500/= and refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000/= to the Shroff of the District Secretariat.

Quotations are invited by the Chairman, Procurement Board of the Badulla District Secretariat, to purchase computers and computer accessories for 44 Samurdhi Banks Associations and the Samurdhi District Office of the Badulla District.
Quotations should be filled and submitted on Tender Forms purchased from the District Secretariat, Barilla.
Tender Forms can be obtained on submission of the receipt obtained for payment of non-refundable fee of Rs. 500/= and refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000/= to the Shroff of the District Secretariat, from 16.11.2009 to 04.12.2009, from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. during working days of the week.
Completed applications should either be sent by Registered Post or deposited in the Tender Box kept at the. Chief Accountant's Official. Room, to be received at or before 2.00 p.m. on 08.12-2009. It is more appropriate if the relevant Tenders can be placed in the Tender Box kept at the Chief Accountant's Official Room before the stipulated closing time, to avoid inconveniences that may occur by delays in the Mail. The cover containing the tender should be marked "Quotations for Computers and Computer Accessories" on the left-side top comer. Tenders will be. opened immediately after the closing of acceptance of Tenders and Tenderers or their authorized Representatives can participate at the occasion. Tenders received after the stipulated closing time of acceptance will be rejected.
The Chairman, Procurement Board reserves the right to the =final decision with. regard to this Procurement Process.
