Sealed tender on percentage rate basis for the work as mentioned below are hereby invited on 27-11-2009 at 1:00 P.M from approved contractors of Pak. P.W.D having proper renewal with Pak. P.W.D for current financial year i.e. 2009-2010 which will be opened on the same date at 1:30 P.M in the office of the undersigned in the presence of contractors or their authorized representative who wish to be present there. The tender can be purchased from the office of the undersigned and also from the office of the Deputy Budget & Finance Officer, Office of the Chief Engineer (N) Pak. P.W.D. Islamabad on cash payment of requisite tender cost (non refundable) as mentioned against each below up to 26-11-2009 during office hours.
No tender will be sold by post/ telephonically or on the date of opening of tender. Each tender must be accompanied with a deposit at call for the under mentioned Earnest Money from Schedule Bank of Pakistan located at Rawalpindi /Islamabad in favour of Executive Engineer, Project Civil Division No.III Pak.P.W.D. Islamabad. Necessary documents i.e. copy of renewal fee, Earnest Money, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, PEC Registration Certificate, shall be produced at the time of purchase of tender, failing which tender shall not be issued.
The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/ tenders at any time prior to acceptance of bid /tender as envisaged in Public Procurement Rules 2004.
