Sealed tenders are invited from reputed firms possessing NTN certificate for supply of following item.
Bid Security- 5% of quoted value (Maximum Rs 1 Million through bank draft/Pay order in favour of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi is to be attached with the offers as earnest money.
Offer Validity-120 days from date of opening of commercial offer., Performance Bank Guarantee.10 % of the contract value will be deposited within 30 days after signing of contract.
100% quantity should be offered., Applications for tender documents must reach this office as noted at para 1 duly supported with copies of following documents:- CNIC of MD, Copy of NTN Certificate, Treasury Challan of Rs. 200.00 (debit able to Major Head XLVII, Main Head XII, Sub Head A Misc Code Def 1220) in favour of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. Bank Statement (last one year). All rights to accept/reject any or all tenders are reserved with the competent purchase officer.
