Wax staled bids arc invited from the reputed manufacturers or their authorized dealers/age Bid or reputed suppliers for the supply and delivery of Conveyor Chain, Head Sprocket & Tail Sprocket (Make-Tsubaklmoto Chain Company, Japan) at Plant Site of Udayapur Cement industries ltd (UCJL) Jaljafc, Udayapur, Nepal
Bidding documents can be purchased upon written request accompanied by renewed certificate of firm registration & VAT/PAN certificate in case of Nepalese bidders and firm registration and export certificate in case of non Nepalese bidder on payment of non-refundable cash as specified below for the respective bidding documents from Head Office. Jaljaic, Udayapur or Contact Office, An amnagar, Kathmandu, The bidding document can only be submitted m VOL, Head Office, Jaljaic, Udayapur.
Bid office along with bid bond amounting to 2.5% of the total price quoted (excluding VAT) in die form of bank guarantee or bank voucher evidencing of the amount in Current Account Mo. 10055 of Udayapur Cement Industries Ltd. in Rastriya Banijya Bank, Bishal Bazar, Kathmandu or Currant Account No 536of Udayapur Cement Industries Ltd. in Rastriya Banijya Bank, Gaighat, Udayapur, Nepal for Nepalese bidders and 5% of the total price quoted and shall be in the form of either die guarantee given by the bank authenticated by "A" class Nepalese Cormiteretaf Bank or Bank Voucher as above for Uon-Nepalesc bidders. Bids must reach within stipulated date and time. Received Bids will be publicly opened at UC1L, Jaljaic, Udayapur in presence of attending bidders or their authorized representative. If the bids selling, submission and opening day (to be counted from the first publication date of this notice) mentioned below in the respective columns will tall on non- working day of VOL. the same will be done respectively on the next working day at the same time and place. The price validity should valid for 120 (One Hundred and Twenty) days and bid bond validity should be valid for 150 (One Hundred and Fifty) days from the bids last submission date.
Bidder non-compliance with the requirements of the bid documents, conditional and partial offer other than mentioned in the tender document may lead to rejection of the bid.
