Applications are invited from reputed suppliers manufacturers, contractors and distributors who wish to register themselves for the supply of following items and services required by the Rajgama Pradeshiya Sabha.
Applications prepared in accordance with the specimen given below, could either be sent by registered post to the Chairman, Rajgama Pradeshiya Sabha, Rajgama or hand delivered to be received before 3.00 p.m. on 30.12.2009. The caption "Registration of Suppliers/Contractors for the Year 2010" should be marked on the top left-hand corner of the envelope enclosing the applications.
Conditions :-
Separate applications should be submitted for each supply/service.
Relevant fee should be paid in cash or by money order in favour of the Chairman, Rajgama Pradeshiya Sabha. VAT No. 409126740-7000.
The Sabha reserves the right to obtain supplies and services from suppliers other than the registered suppliers.
Should agree to provide items within 7 days of placing the order, on credit basis.
Names of those who do not act in compliance with the bidding conditions will be written off the register without prior notice.
Applications of the suppliers who have failed to honour the orders satisfactorily in the previous years or whose names have already been written off the register will be rejected.
Those who request for advance payments before the goods are delivered to the Sabha will not be registered.
Contractors willing to register for works above Rs. 500,000/ = should submit the ICTAD registration book and the number.
All items should be delivered in to the office premises.
Payments will only be made after confirmation that the supplies/ services are in accordance with the specifications.
