1) Law And Justice Commission Of Pakistan invites sealed tenders from the repurtd firms registered with Income Tax/Sale Tax Department, having A.G.P.R., Islamabad, vender number for the installation of CNG Kits of Latest model (EFI) with 55 40 KG Cylinders in its 4 no. Cultus Cars (993 CC) and Mehran Car (800 CC) respectively.
2) Tender should accompany earnest money @ 5% of the quoted value in shape of Bank draft / Pay order (refundable) in favor of the Deputy Secretary (Admn), Law And Justice Commission Of Pakistan which will be refunded within one months after opening of tender.
3) The warranty of Kit/Cylinder should be mentioned. Income Tax will be deducted under the rules. The validity of rates shall not be less than 60 days from the date of opening of tender.
4) The competent Authority reserves the right accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
5) The successful firms have to install Kist within 10 days after issuance of supply/work order otherwise earnest money will be forfeited in favor of the Government.
6) Last date for receiving the bids is 2-12-2009 at 10.30 am and quotation will be opened on the same day at 11.00 am in the Committee Room of the Law And Justice Commission Of Pakistan Secretariat situated in the Supreme Court Building, Islamabad in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
