Situated In Pakistan Employees Co-Operative Housing Society. Karachi Together with Buildings, Bungalow, Garages and Out-Houses Constructed Thereon and Bounded As Under: On The North By: Plot No. 6738-Y On The South By: Plot No. 6/38-W. On The East By 40 Feet Road; On The West By: 20 Feet Road. Companys1 All Stocks. Merchandise. (8) No Cheque of 25% of earnest money will be accepted (C) offer should be presented al the time of sole/auction or any other day or time fixed, it proceedings of sale are adjourned. (D) The interested persons can inspect the same on 19.12.2009 between 2.00 P.M. to 4.00 P.M. with written permission of Nazir
(E) The offer will be valid oil acceptance / rejection by the Honourable Court. (F) The sale/auction shall be subject to confirmation by the Honourable Court and the Court reserves the right to reject any or al offers without any reason, if offers are not as per market value. (G) The balance amount of sale consideration shall be deposited within 30 days on confirmation of sale/auction by the Honourable Court (H) The sale is on As Is Where Is Basis. The undersigned or Court has no responsibility of any sort or any claim of offer or at any time or objection on any side (I) Highest offer; lowest offer, as the case may be cannot be withdrawn before acceptance of the same or otherwise by the Court within 15 days from the date of submitting the reference to the Honourable Court by the Nazir to avoid the situation thereafter submitting the offer/bid by one parry at higher side on the very next day or day thereafter before the Nazir submits reference to the Honourable Court for consideration, withdrawal the offer, frustrating the sale of the property. (J) Only authorized offerer / parties will be entertained (K) Dues may be ached by offerer(s) from departments concerned themselves. All charges in respect of sale deed / conveyance deed / sale certificate will be borne by the purchaser(s) (L) Sale / auction can be postponed without any mason.
