Applications are invited from reputed suppliers who are incorporated registered business Sri Lanka for Registration As Suppliers Of Goods And Services listed in the following schedule for the calendar year 2010.
Conditions: Suppliers who have already registered for year 2009, should send their application for year 2010
Application forms can be obtained from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka No.05, Mile post Avetiue, Coldrribo 03,until;,*i5,h December 2009.
Applications should indicate / furnish / include (a) Category or categories of goods &services for which registration is sought (b) Business/Company Profile (c) Non refundable deposit of Rs 500/- By A/C Payee Cheque drawn in favour of "Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka"
Quotations for the supply of items /rendering services will normally be invited from the list of suppliers. However, the Institute reserves the right to invite quotations and purchase requirements from any other source as well.
The Director General of the Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application received for registration without assigning any reasons.
Payments will be made to the suppliers only after providing of suppliers/Services to our satisfaction and in accordance with the specifications > and terms stipulated. One-month credit facilities should be provided by the suppliers
All applications should be clearly marked" Registration of Suppliers for year 2010 " on the top left hand comer of the envelope and forwarded under registered post.
Application should be under Registered Post to the following address to reach the Director General/CEO ,IBSL on or before 31" December 2009.
