Assignment Description
The objective of this desk top review is to assist the Public Private Infrastructure Advisory Facility (PPIAF) and other interest parties to examine how PPP technical assistance is being delivered and consider if changes to the technical content and/or delivery approach may be warranted within the sub-Saharan Africa context. The review will examine selective PPIAF support provided to determine how well it has met or may meet those demands for support. Funding Source:
The World Bank intends to finance the assignment/services described below under a trust fund from the PPIAF: AFRICA: Assessment of Selective PPP Activities in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Individual/Firm Profile: The consultant should be an individual or an individual expert proposed by a firm.
Submission Requirements: The World Bank now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.

Notes: Consultants will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the current edition of the World Bank's Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers.
Selection and contracting will normally be made from responses to this notification. The consultant will be selected from a shortlist, subject to availability of funding.
