Description This Specification will cover the cleaning and associated services for the Newcastle Administrative Centre, for a two-year period with an option for a further three one year extensions at the discretion of the Principal.
The cleaning requirements of the Principals Newcastle Area Administration Offices and Workshops, range from a daily service for waste removal and general cleaning of meal rooms and toilet facilities, to provide clean tea towels and regular services for cleaning floors, furniture, windows, sills, blinds, light fittings, fans, air conditioning vents and the exterior of the buildings.
