IDENTIFICATION OF POTENTIAL CONTRACTORS
FOR PROVISION OF OIL & GAS DRILLING SERVICES

Oil Industries’ Engineering & Construction (OIEC), intends to
identify qualified contractors for the execution of all services for
drilling offshore oil & gas wells:
1- Summary of services:
- Drilling of 1 appraisal and 10 development wells on EPDS basis
(Turn Key)
2- Location:
- South Pars Gas Field, Phase 20, Persian Gulf
3- Selection Criteria:
- Sound financial status and if possible financing capability
- Relevant previous experience on similar EPDS contracts
- Previous experience in offshore drilling
- Availability of contractors means in every respect
- Organizational ability to cover all aspects of the works
- Capability to maximize Iranian content
