FIRST ADVERTISEMENT

Subject:
PROMOTED TITANIA BASED CATALYST

Shiraz Oil Refining Company intends to purchase 9000 Kg. Catalyst as follows and according to
specification which described in tender documents through qualified manufacturers.
Manufacturers who are willing to participate may furnish the formal requisition completed with the
name of manufacturer and the name of country and reference list to our foreign purchase department
fax (+98-711-8215630 or +98-21-66152322) in maximum 7 days after second publication of the
advertisement then after, requested specifications will be sent to the qualified companies.
Meanwhile SORC will reserve the right to accept or reject any or all of the offers.
