a) The Board reserves the right to eliminate tenderers in accordance with the criteria set forth in the Invitation to Tender and gives those not eliminated the opportunity to submit new or amended Tender Proposals on the basis of the Board's revised requirements. (b) Contractors shall be registered in CR07/L5 AND CW02/C3 and above.
